I've been wanting to get into yoga for a while and so glad I finally found this place! I tried hot yoga and that was not for me but this definitely is! It's good for all skill levels, good mats and blocks are available for use if needed, Rachel is wonderful and super helpful, and we're always doing new things and learning our bodies are way more capable than we even thought! Definitely recommend giving it a try.
Grateful to have found this studio. I’ve taken the Zumba, step aerobics and yoga classes and loved all three. I feel like I’ve finally found a space that is welcoming and inclusive of all body types and never feel judged. The instructors are great and are encouraging and supportive. Looking forward to coming here more often.
So grateful to have found this hidden gem! Every class is structured around doing what your body will alow you to do and everyone is at different levels. There is no feeling of having to force your body to hold positions that are uncomfortable and Rachel is always walking around helping and never judging. The peacefulness and positivity that radiates off of her just adds to the whole experience. After every class I feel so much better physically and mentally.
