I attended the dental clinic as an emergency patient . Staff were polite and courteous. The dentist Chris exceptional. He. Prescribed medication which was very effective. My swelling started to go down a few minutes after taking medication and so is the pain. I may end up swapping dentist or book him as my dentist as well. Very grateful and privileged to have been referred to this clinic . Thank you.
Had an amazing experience at the clinic. The staff was really polite and kind to help me and my partner get the required information and appointment booking. The best part is that they would go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable as a patient. Dr Sadia did a great job at explaining the entire procedure, the pros and cons and taking my view points into perspective as well before deciding what treatment was the best option for me. It was painless and quick. Would highly recommend.
Very disappointing experience. 111 Emergency dentist experience. I was left waiting in the dentist’s chair for 15 minutes before the dentist arrived. When he came in, he smelled strongly of smoke and was holding a fizzy drink. He did not wash his hands before putting gloves on, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The examination itself lasted literally one second. He briefly looked at my teeth, said it was infected, and quickly wrote a prescription without properly explaining anything. To make matters worse, the prescription was incomplete. I only found this out after walking 30 minutes to the chemist while already feeling extremely dizzy and sick. The pharmacist informed me that I would need to return to the dentist to have the prescription corrected. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and unsettling experience. I would not recommend.
I’ve always had negative experiences with dentists in the past and avoided them like the plague. Even though I had several dental issues that needed attention, I was really nervous about booking an appointment recently. I was so impressed with this practice – the dentist was incredibly professional, completely non-judgemental, and genuinely supportive throughout my visit. For the first time in a long while, I’m actually looking forward to returning as part of my treatment plan.
I would like to express my greatest appreciation to Dentistry for you team in (Brixton). All the staff I communicate with are friendly and provided good customer service, however there was a delay in completing one of my dental transaction which I had to escalate to the Manager. She handled it perfectly, her support was outstanding. It exceeded my expectation.
